SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
If you order AGU products on this website, the delivery will take place by PostNL or a local partner. At PostNL you'll find all of the information about the delivery of your order and about the shipping costs we charge.
Delivery times
In principle: If you order by 6 PM, you'll have it tomorrow (BENELUX countries).
Please note: PostNL delivers from Monday through Saturday and in four time periods throughout the day. So there are no deliveries on Sunday. Please take this into account if you order on Saturday.
Tracing your package
You can follow your order via PostNL's Track & Trace service. When you order, you receive not only a payment and order confirmation from us in your email, but also a PostNL tracking number. This tracking number allows you to check PostNL's website about where your order is at that moment and the exact time you can expect it to be delivered.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium
AGU charges the following shipping and delivery costs for orders placed in the Netherlands:
- Orders up to € 59.99: € 5.95
- Orders of € 60.00 or more: FREE
Shipping costs within Germany:
- Orders up to € 59.99: € 6.50
- Orders of € 60.00 or more: FREE
Shipping costs within the United Kingdom:
- Orders up to £ 99: £ 14.95
- Orders of £ 100,- or more: FREE

- € 9.95
Other international shipments
We charge other delivery costs for international shipments:
- Orders to countries within the EU: € 30
- Orders to countries outside the EU: € 30
