If you order AGU products on this website, you can pay using various payment methods. You yourself select your payment method when placing your order.

Payment methods

iDeal

If you opt to pay using iDeal, then you pay via Internet banking. This works just the way you're used to, with your own bank. Payment via iDeal is simple and complies with your bank's security requirements. Payment via iDeal is possible for customers of the following banks: ABN Amro, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank or Van Lanschot Bankiers.

Credit card

Prefer to pay using VISA, Mastercard or American Express? Then please fill in your credit card information on our website and, together with your credit card organisation, we will ensure that the payment is properly processed. Payments via credit card run via a secured SSL procedure. No one sees your information, only you yourself. Our payment provider Adyen checks the validity of your credit card, your card number and your credit. Once these are confirmed, then your order is sent to you as quickly as possible.

PayPal

Do you have a PayPal account? We accept PayPal payments. You login with your email address and your PayPal password. We then receive your payment immediately.

Payment unsuccessful refused

Has something gone wrong with the payment for your order? Then you can do the following:

iDeal payment unsuccessful

If your payment via iDeal is unsuccessful, then please check whether the amount has been deducted from your account. Has it been deducted? Then you should receive a confirmation email from us. You should receive this within an hour. No email received? Then please contact our customer service at klantenservice@agu.nl. Has the amount not been deducted? Then we will cancel the order for you ourselves. You can simply place your order again.

Credit card payment unsuccessful

Did something go wrong with your credit card payment? Then please check whether the amount has been deducted from your account. If the amount has been deducted, then you will receive a confirmation email from us within an hour. If you haven't received this within an hour, then please contact our customer service at klantenservice@agu.nl. Has the amount not been deducted? Then we will cancel the order for you ourselves. You can simply place your order again.

PayPal payment unsuccessful

Did something go wrong with your PayPal payment? Then please check whether the amount has been deducted from your PayPal account. If the amount has been deducted, then you will receive a confirmation email from us within an hour. If you haven't received this within an hour, then please contact our customer service at klantenservice@agu.nl. Has the amount not been deducted? Then we will cancel the order for you ourselves. You can simply place your order again.

Payment refused

Has your payment been refused and have you indeed entered the correct information? There is a chance that your payment is considered fraudulence. This can happen when you use a credit card from another country, for example, or if a couple of previous payment attempts were unsuccessful. In that case, please contact our customer service. We'll be glad to help you place your order.
