SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
When you order AGU products via our website, your package will be delivered to the UK by a trusted international shipping partner. On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery times and shipping fees.
Delivery times
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 7:00 PM (UK time) are shipped the same day.
Please note: Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Tracing your package
You can follow your order via DHL's Track & Trace service. When you order, you receive not only a payment and order confirmation from us in your email, but also a DHL tracking number. This tracking number allows you to check DHL's website about where your order is at that moment and the exact time you can expect it to be delivered.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs within the United Kingdom:
- Orders up to £ 119.99: £ 14.95
- Orders of £ 120,- or more: FREE
