SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
If you order AGU products on this website, the delivery will take place by PostNL or a local partner. At PostNL you'll find all of the information about the delivery of your order and about the shipping costs we charge.
Delivery times
From Monday to Friday:
Order before 8:00 PM (CET), and your order will be shipped the same day.
Please note: Deliveries are made from Monday through Saturday.
There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Tracing your package
You can easily track your package using the Track & Trace service.
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with payment details, your order summary, and a tracking number.
This allows you to follow your package and know exactly when to expect delivery.
